Refund policy

## REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY

At Zenvytech Solutions we provide digital marketing, social media promotion, web
design and development, branding, SEO, and paid advertising services. Because our
work is delivered as professional services rather than physical goods, the
following terms apply.

**Cancellation before work begins**
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of purchase, provided that work has not
yet started. In that case you receive a full refund to your original payment
method.

**Cancellation after work begins**
Once work has commenced, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the
portion of the service not yet delivered. Any hours already worked, third-party
costs already incurred (for example advertising spend, domain fees, stock assets,
or plugin licences) are non-refundable.

**Non-refundable items**
Advertising budgets already spent on platforms such as Google or Meta cannot be
refunded, as those funds are paid to the platform and not retained by us.
Completed and delivered projects, and any custom design or development work that
has been approved by you, are also non-refundable.

**Revisions**
Rather than a refund, we will make reasonable revisions to delivered work so that
it meets the agreed scope. The number of included revisions is stated in your
project proposal.

**How to request a refund**
Email anjana.p.091@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at 8861480829 with your
order number and the reason for the request. We respond to all refund requests
within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment
method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
