## SHIPPING / SERVICE DELIVERY POLICY

Zenvytech Solutions delivers services digitally. No physical goods are shipped,
and therefore no shipping charges apply to our service packages.

**How services are delivered**
All deliverables — including designs, websites, reports, creative assets, and
campaign access — are provided electronically by email, shared drive link, or
direct access to the relevant platform account.

**Delivery timelines**
Work begins after payment is confirmed and the project brief has been agreed. As
a general guide, social media and marketing campaign setup takes 3 to 7 business
days, website design and development takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope, and
branding and SEO engagements are delivered against a schedule confirmed in your
proposal. Exact timelines for your project are confirmed in writing before work
starts.

**Delays**
Timelines depend on receiving content, approvals, and platform access from you in
good time. If a delay occurs on our side, we will inform you promptly with a
revised schedule.
