## TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of services from Zenvytech
Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), operating at zenvystore24.com. By placing an order
you agree to these terms.

**1. Services**
We provide digital marketing, social media promotion, web design and development,
branding, SEO, and paid advertising services. The specific scope, deliverables,
timeline, and price for your engagement are set out in the product description or
in a written proposal agreed between us.

**2. Eligibility**
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in
order to purchase our services.

**3. Payment**
Payment is due in full at the time of order unless a written instalment schedule
has been agreed. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees. Advertising budgets are
billed separately from service fees unless stated otherwise.

**4. Your responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate information, timely content, approvals, and any
account access required for us to perform the work. You confirm that any material
you supply to us — including text, images, logos, and trademarks — is either
owned by you or licensed for the use intended, and does not infringe the rights of
any third party.

**5. Intellectual property**
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of final deliverables created
specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our underlying
tools, templates, frameworks, and know-how. We may display completed work in our
portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

**6. Third-party platforms**
Some services depend on platforms we do not control, such as Google, Meta,
Shopify, or hosting providers. We are not responsible for changes to their
policies, pricing, algorithms, or availability.

**7. No guarantee of results**
Marketing, advertising, and SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our
control, including competition and platform behaviour. We commit to delivering the
agreed work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee specific rankings,
traffic volumes, sales, or revenue figures.

**8. Limitation of liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any
engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. We
are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or
lost business opportunities.

**9. Cancellation and refunds**
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of
these terms.

**10. Confidentiality**
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information
confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

**11. Termination**
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice if the other party
materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days.
Fees for work already performed remain payable.

**12. Governing law**
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hazaribag, Jharkhand.

**13. Changes**
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on
zenvystore24.com at the time of your order applies to that order.
